Asset Tracking App

A dedicated module designed to help businesses efficiently track, manage, and maintain assets within a centralized system.

Overview

This module enables users to monitor asset availability, manage inventory, and streamline operations such as asset allocation, approvals, transfers, and servicing. The goal was to simplify complex asset workflows into a clear and actionable experience.

Problem Statement

Managing assets across locations was fragmented and inefficient. Users struggled with:

Lack of visibility into available assets
Manual tracking and updates
Complex approval and transfer workflows
Difficulty maintaining service records

My Role

UXUI Designer (End-to-End)
Defined workflows and feature structure
Created user flows, wireframes, and UI design

Minimal cognitive load with guided interactions

I approached validation by simulating usability testing scenarios and identifying potential usability gaps to improve the overall experience.
